Rules for using Streamy Tools, its integrations and its creator features.
These terms govern access to Streamy Tools, including Twitch-connected dashboards, Spotify tools, Stussy, alert widgets and related public pages.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Streamy Tools, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service scope
Streamy Tools provides stream-related software and pages such as dashboards, overlays, alert builders, Spotify integrations, song request systems, the Stussy chat game and utility pages like the ad income forecaster. Features may change, expand, be limited or be removed at any time.
3. Accounts and integrations
You are responsible for the Twitch and Spotify accounts you connect, and for making sure you have the right to connect and use them with the service. You are also responsible for maintaining the security of those accounts, tokens, alert codes, browser-source URLs and any other sensitive integration credentials.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use Streamy Tools to violate Twitch, Spotify or other platform rules.
- Do not attempt to abuse rate limits, scrape protected data, interfere with other users or attack the service.
- Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, cheating, spam or other harmful behavior.
- Do not share credentials, browser-source secrets or alert codes in ways that create avoidable security issues.
5. Creator responsibility
You are responsible for how you configure your stream, moderation rules, request permissions, alert visibility, command permissions and any Bits-powered or viewer-facing features you enable. You should review your setup before making it public on stream.
6. Spotify and Twitch features
Spotify now playing tools, song requests and Twitch-connected features depend on third-party services and APIs. Those services may change behavior, reduce access, reject requests or revoke scopes. Streamy Tools is not responsible for downtime, policy changes or technical issues caused by Twitch, Spotify or similar third-party providers.
7. Stussy virtual items and economies
Stussy includes virtual items, gameplay records, balances, boosts, quests, consumables and related progression systems. These are entertainment features only. They have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and may be adjusted, reset, removed or rebalanced at any time.
If your channel uses Bits-powered Stussy features, Twitch or the applicable platform may control parts of the purchase flow, entitlement handling, refund behavior and transaction policies.
8. Purchases and Bits-powered actions
Where the service supports extension purchases, Bits-triggered effects or other monetized interactions, you are responsible for reviewing the applicable platform rules before using them. Streamy Tools does not promise uninterrupted entitlement delivery and may invalidate or withhold suspicious or duplicate activity where operationally necessary.
9. No guarantee of results
Tools such as the ad income forecaster, analytics summaries, cache savings metrics, request intelligence and queue estimates are provided for informational and operational convenience. They are not guarantees of revenue, reach, moderation outcomes, performance gains or platform growth.
10. Availability and maintenance
Streamy Tools may be unavailable from time to time because of maintenance, bugs, infrastructure problems, third-party failures, platform restrictions or feature updates. There is no guarantee that any specific page, integration or workflow will always remain available.
11. Suspension or termination
Access may be limited, suspended or terminated if use appears abusive, unsafe, fraudulent, technically harmful or inconsistent with these terms or with third-party platform rules. Streamy Tools may also discontinue features or stop serving a channel if continued operation is not practical.
12. Disclaimer and limitation
Streamy Tools is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Streamy Tools is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
